    If there's anything that I've learned from taking countless photos of my trains (most too crappy to post) is to use lots and lots of light.

    Those are some nice shots!! There a tad on the dark side, i would suggest getting some white flood spotlights. You can get a clip socket and hang it from a portable pole or whatever you may have at your disposal to get some more good light to shine on the areas your photographing :D

    Digital cameras are really advantageous. You get instant pics and can delete anything you don't like and try again. They also are great for pointing out mistakes often overlooked! I always take pics of a certain area and the scope them out on the 'puter. The camera always shows things that are missed in real time.:pbaffled:

    now that's a cool idea ! model railroad ON the wall instead ALONG the wall.... this saves a lot of floor space.
