to whom it concerns i have asked that my profile and all of MY pictures as i own those photos and was sharing them here be removed as the ownwer of said photos and the fact your site will not let me remove MY photos i'm asking this for the last time as i'm talking with our state attorney general about my copyrights being violated since you have refused to remove said photos good day i will check back in within a week if photos are not removed from this site i will continue talks with the attorney general and see what legal actions i have
There is no copyright issue. He submitted his photos freely and of his own will for use here. His own words today are proof enough. He wrote: "... i'm asking this for the last time..." Well, we have no record of his ever contacting us a first time. Certainly not here in Support. And even if he had, there is nothing we could have done. His photos in question were all linked in from an outside web site host. Only he had access to that account. He had the ability to easily remove them any time he desired. But we get blamed and beat up? And he could have contacted us quietly, off Group, to discuss his desires. Instead, this...?
