ConCor E8 and PA - shell interchange?

    If anyone has both ConCor models, I'd be interested to see if the shells and mechs match up... they seem about the same size.

    It's probably pretty close in terms of the length, width and height of the shells, but that's about it. The PA's had trucks with much longer wheelbases than the E-8s. So you'd run into some pretty big problems just there.

    The PA and E8 are on different mechanisms and do not properly interchange.
    With LifeLike E6, E7, and E8s available in the market at really cheap prices I would suggest using one of those units if you have a favorite Con-Cor / Rivarossi shell you want to use (they have a slightly better nose contour than the LL version). The only fiddling you will have to do is with the fuel tank...on the Con-Cor the fuel tank has the tank skirts cast with it and on other brands it is part of the bodyshell.
