Hey all, I was wondering if the ATSF regulated the colors of their railside buildings (e.g train stations, outbuildings, and the like) and, if so, what colors?
Your best bet will be to buy an ATSF standards book. The Santa Fe had many standard station designs, but color choices, fonts, and other details will vary based on year. The wood stations were yellow, and other structures were sometimes red. The Santa Fe Railway Historical and Modeling Society has created this publication with various structure plans: https://sfrhms.org/product/santa-fe-system-standards-vol-2/ . It's technically a 3 volume set, but the second volume is the one you need.
