I went up to see some waterfalls on the Maskinongé river today, and one of the sights is that of a CNR trestle over a small valley. It was built ca. 1900 by the Grand Trunk railroad, spans 1135 feet and it 185 feet high at the highest point. At the time it was the longest such bridge in Canada. Though no trains went by (5-10 trains cross it every day - I even stayed longer just in case...), I did catch a couple of MOW units crossing.
