CN Rule book: where can I get a copy?

Hi CN fans!

Where can I get a copy of the most recent rules book (the black one that contain the CROR, the timetable and the rules book)?

I know, in the first pages, they says: Not for public. But I do not consider railfan like us "the public" !

I looked in the expos but...

I'm ready to pay for it (specially to cover mail charge) and French version will be my preference, but English is OK

Yvan-Martin , sorry but I have no idea I have one of my own obviously but I can't give that up , I would get in trouble not having it in my possesion at work .

 

Sometimes I come across ETT's after their usefulness has waned. I'll keep my eyes out for ya.

Seems to me that I have seen fairly recent ones at train shows. check out the train show scene, you might find one there.

Maybe keeping an eye on eBay, BidBay, Yahoo! Auctions etc. Someone, somewhere must have one they'll part with. Also at BidBay, you can list in "items wanted" at no fee.
