I believe this company was a C&EI predecessor. If so, can anyone tell me a little history for the Chicago, Paducah & Memphis Railroad?

    Jim-

Thanks! It's often hard to know for certain, what happened to these companies. The area where it seemed to be located, indicated possibly C&EI. But the company title was so much more grandiose than it's apparent size..... I also wondered if there was some possibility of ICRR. As both Memphis and Paducah were named.
