Hello Folks, I've not been active lately due to personal health & family issues. The plan is to move closer to family (Son) in Mobile Al by 2nd qtr of 2010. I don't know what ISP I'll be using down there so my signon may have to be changed. Once I determine who my ISP is what info do I need to provide to switch my signon so that I keep all my present stuff?. See ya Ron
Your User Name and log-in info stay the same. Just update registration info such as email address. You do this via logging into your "My TrainBoard." If you have a problem, contact support@trainboard.com, or grab a handy Administrator for asssistance. Boxcab E50
Let me recommend you change your "main" e-mail address to Gmail or Yahoo, and start moving your friends, business, and other contacts over now. Update trainboard, and any other bulletin boards and business contacts to the new e-mail address. I prefer Gmail, since you can use POP or IMAP access through Thunderbird or Windows mail. I prefer Thunderbird. Gmail, Yahoo, and Thunderbird are free. (Although there's an enhanced version of Yahoo mail that you pay for.) This way, you can check your e-mail the same way, no matter whether you're at home, on the road with a laptop, or moved to a new ISP. You can use the Web interface to access your mail even from someone else's computer. That way, you can get your e-mail settled before you move and have one less stress factor during the move. (Remember, 3 moves equals 1 fire.)
Email Even if you switch to a different ISP, you can probably keep your email with your current ISP for a small fee, if you don't want to change everything.
