I use all meathods of cleaning track. Mostly I use Flitz. I also take my locos apart and polish the wheels with flitz and then check fer the correct gauge. Amazing what slow speed control you get. It takes me about 3-4 hours to clean my track, the Atals track cleaning car, does not seen to help. Adios wyatt
