    Page Content: The Canadian Auto Workers union (CAW) , representing mechanical services employees, and Canadian Pacific today reached a tentative three year contract settlement.
    ¤
    "This agreement comes after months of work between the parties," said Rick Wilson, CP Assistant Vice President, Labour Relations.¤ "It effectively addresses the company's productivity and fluidity goals."

    The Memorandum of Settlement will be sent to the union membership for ratification.¤
    ¤
    Details of the tentative agreement will be released following ratification of the agreement by union members.
