It returns an error that I have reached my storage limit but I thought that as a supporting member, there was no storage limit. The Paypal renewal just went through yesterday for the next year of support. It says I have exceeded 50mb of storage, currently at 107mb.
Tony, I had the same issue. Lots of fixes were tried, to no avail. I resorted to just attaching files directly to a post. I never had resolution of the issue, but this was an acceptable workaround for me. TBH, I never tried again (to upload to RI) after the errors over a year ago.
I believe there is a limit, but far in excess of 50MB. However, I am uncertain of that number, if any.
As we have changed to a different forum software, since establishing the Support benefits, I may or may not be able to do anything. Let me do some digging.
OK. Found a bit of information. Not certain what Charlie is doing with numbers today, but what I found is that storage was increased by FIVE times. So, 5 x 50 takes it up to 250MB. That should help, until such time as I can confirm an actual number. If I found the proper place in our toolbox, hopefully that should be in effect now, unless there is a time lag for the system to update itself.
