    Greetings all.

Can anyone point me to a resource regarding signalling on Canadian national today and how it should be set up?

Having completed the track plan and design for the layout, it struck me that being a newbie in Canada, although I know UK signalling, this stuff here in Canada has left me totally confused.

Examples.. I am going to use (I hope) Sunrise searchlight signals, as everything I see around Toronto is Searchlight, but I have no idea what or why there are tripple heads on some of the lines or what they refer to, and also no idea why there may be single, double or no relay cabinets on the poles.

Sorry for such a basic question, but its got me beat [IMG]

    Regards

I think all of CN signals are searchlight. They look better and are easier to model anyway. CN uses the one light, 2 models of 2 lights and 3 lights signals (haven't seen any other).

    You should check http://www.smdproducts.ca/
