Can you post Links to On-Line Hobby Shops?

While scanning the Internet I've discovered two OLHS that to me appear to offer good value and may be of benefit to others.
I have negotiated prices with one and very impressed with his manner of doing business. I have just scanned the others site and the offers impress me.

Is there some way (a link library) without crossing or violating rules to list these links (with prior review my management before)without any opinions on them so others (who may already know of them) can check them out and form their own opinions.

I've looked at "Add a Link" under "quick Clicks" & "Quick Links" no luck. But under "Rail Seek" at the end I saw what looks like I'm referring to. However I can't seem to find a way to submit a link for administrative review and approval for posting.

Is this something a member can do or request?
