Can you identify these reporting marks?

I'm almost embarrassed asking this, but can anyone identify these reporting marks? What railway is this engine lettered for?

I purchased this SW9/1200 loco at Supertrain 2002 in Calgary. I liked the paint job and thought it would make a good switcher at my grain terminal. It is lettered and painted as BCH # 908.
