You mentioned a group of volunteers to restore a 2-8-4. Thought maybe there was one already.

 

Oh, sorry to miss lead you. I would like to talk to a museum and see if I got a group together, would they allow us to move it and restore it. Reading past problems of groups; I have found out, before you even start the restoration, you ask the major railroads (CSXT, Union Pacific, Norfolk Southern) if they would allow a C&O 2-8-4 Kanawha to run on their track.
