    Heres a few shots of C&NW units I shot on the SP. I took these for my dad. He was born and raised in Chicago and is a big C&NW fan. Seeing these units was kinda bitter sweet because I knew they weren't supposed to be in the high desert of California.

    Those look Sweet. I was raised in Chicago as well and it's nice to see the CNW units no matter where they are. At least 8676 is in the lead....that train must be heading onto CNW rails somewhere and will require cab signal control.

    Really nice to see CNW anytime, anywhere. I am another ex-Chicagoan and saw a lot of these colors on the north side. Thanks for the excellent pictures.
