On a recent visit to the DFW area I visited on the local hobby stores (that shall remain nameless). They had a bucket of HO scale vehicles for less than $2 a car. The things were each in unlabelled clear plastic. I grabbed a small handful of them without looking too closely (for that price how good could they be?).
Wow...when I got home and examined them more closely, I was pretty impressed.
They are pretty simple one-piece vehicles, molded in a hard rubber - but the painted on details are very good. I would put them beside vehicles 3 - 4 times the price any day.
Anyone familiar with these vehicles (and know a good source?). I know where I can get them in Texas but it's going to be a few months before I can get back.

    Hi,

    Two things

    1. How about some photos.
    2. You can most likely call them and have a bunch shipped to you. Of course you will be at the mercy of the person picking them out of the bucket.

Yep....guess it's finally time to join the 21st century and see how to post pictures...

(after that I'll tackle DCC :tb-wacky:)

I probably will make that call too! Even if I get a bunch of duplicates it will make a great auto carrier load..... :tb-biggrin:

Tackling DCC may be easier then posting pictures. All joking aside, both are easy.
