I am in need of some disposable micro brushes to apply adhesives and paints.
Are the ones that are advertised for dental work and makeup application suitable for glue, paint and lube? I'm guessing that they are the same thing.
    Other ideas?

There usually inexpensive assortments at places such as Wally World. That is where I have bought throw-away use brushes. If nothing else, you can quickly cut away unwanted bristles to create the size desired.

Try a search on Amazon for 'micro-brushes' to see if those are the type you are looking for. A local crafts store such as Michael's usually carry these. If you are lucky enough to have a local hobby/train store, they may have these or can order them for you. Patronize them if you can.
