I have the BLI switcher and am thinking of going to DCC rather than their quantum sound controller. I want low price and enough control for the sounds. Maybe Digitrax Zepher? Any suggestions?
I have the GG1 with the sidekicker(DC) and the Athearn Challenger with the remote sound. Got hooked on sound and wanted to persue other BLI sound units. THEN, I read other posts concerning, "how much is too much sound when operating your trains"? Multiple operating sound units lose their individual characteristics. I guess there's such a thing as too much at a time.
