Originally published in 1990 by Jim Scribbins, I picked up a copy printed in 2008 from the Univ. of Minnesota Press at my local Barnes & Noble store. I have yet to really dig into it, but it has many wonderful Asahel Curtis B/W photos from the early days. There's lots of nice steam era shots, and a chapter devoted to trolly junkies like myself. There's a rare color photo of a Westinghouse Quill in Loop Creek Canyon, and lots of good stuff from Montana (Sixteen Mile) Canyon as well. There's even North Montana Line footage with doubleheaded steam. Seems to be worth the 30 bucks I paid for it. Anyone else have a copy?
Don't have it. So many Milw books have been published, I simply cannot keep up. Instead, tried to focus on Lines West specific publications. It's on my list to some day acquire. Boxcab E50
