One local NH railfan, travelling last week in BNSF territory in his motorhome was stopped by BNSF police while taking photo's well away from the tracks. When asked if he had a "contract" to take pictures, he replied "No". He was asked to leave the area. Perhaps, the above link is what was meant by a "contract"? On one hand I like the thought of at least some kind of "permission card" to at least be able to keep you trackside... On the other, my American blood is taking umbrage. Rich in NH
