Are teh BNSF Track warrants bound into books with perferations so the top copy can be removed and are they similar to those of invoices etc.
Is this a test or what? I don't get your poll? please explain it to us. I have the correct answers I just don't get what you want.
What I wanted to know is that are the track warrants bound in a book form with poerferations to remove the original copy for the engineer
The BNSF does have a form book that most conductors carry. It probably depends on how the crews receive the orders. In PDX it's via fax but in SEA it is via copy machine where the pages are all connected and you tear off the pages if you want them single sheet like. So I guess my answer is yes they do, depends on how they are received.
Yes, most of the time the whole crew has the exact same kind. When they come over the fax machine they come over as 1 set then some one makes copies for however many other crew members there are. Not really sure how and why the orders in SEA come in the form feed type, they used to be same as PDX until they moved out of Kingstreet St. to trailer town. Could be they have a newer machine or maybe it's some kind of actual BNSF order machine. I'll try and remember to ask next time I'm in SEA.
