Hey guys, first post. Just curious, i see a lot of jobs posted in Kansas and it lists the salary. LIke for the a couple of the Telecommunications Jobs it has the salary is approximately $25.62. I was wondering if that is starting, median, or maxed out per hour for the position? Thanks
Depends on the agreement with the union. Pay rates are generally negotiated with the union, and may only vary for new hires, such as 75% start with 5% increase per year until at 100%.
