I worked for an engineering firm which did contract jobs for both BNRR, and the Corps of Engineers. For the latter, we would actually go out on the rivers during flooding, as a part of our collecting data. That could get a bit intense at times.
Looks like they are trying to clear the backlog by running "super trains"........ passed several on the way to/from Billings today. Also went by the bridge as a loaded coal train was crossing.........it didn't fall down.
