BN BN (ex-GN) ACF 4 bay covered hoppers

    I am seeking photos that show the hatch configuration for BN ACF 4 bay covered hoppers series #460000-460199 (ex-GN 171250-171449). I know these cars have longitudinal hatches ... what I don't know is the type (rectangle or rounded end). :tb-err:

    Does Hickcox's GN Color Guide show that? that would be my only reference.

    Dave's book does show the cars on page 75 ... but only two pics and neither show the top.

    I have searched all my GN references for top shots of these cars and there is nothing showing the hatch configurations. I don't have any BN references (that will change) hence my posting this question here as well as in the GN fallen flag. :tb-smile:

    It's all good. glad to be of help. The GN b/w pictorials 1945-1970 may also have shots too.
