    When did BN switch from the big BN on frieght cars to no BN and then the little BN.

    Don't quote me, but I started seeing the BN "logo less" cars in the early 90's......

    Quote! Thanks, I asked on train orders also and got some guess but no hard dates. 1987'ish for no logo 91ish for small logo.

    I have a photo of a BN boxcar built 6/90 with the small "two line" BN logo. I'm pretty sure the "logo-less" scheme was used 1986-1990 and the small logo with lines began in 1990 until the merger in 1995. I don't have a hard reference for that however.
