    Does anyone have any photos of the BN 5491? I went to the Hobby store and bought me an HO Scale Bachmann BN B30-7 unit and want to get some details of this Locomotive. Thanks.

    I'm thinkin' the only ones BN had were cabless B30-7AB's, unless it was inherited in a merger.

    BN had 8 B30-7s (5485-5492,) all inherited from the Frisco.

    The one major thing to do in making this look correct is swap out the FB2 trucks and install AAR road trucks- all of Frisco's B30-7s (which arrived on property in 1977) had 'em. Aside from that, you should be in good shape.





    Well, other than painting in in proper Frisco colors, perhaps..........
