Really looking forward to these! I have 3 ordered and they can't get here fast enough! The local UP here in Tulsa still uses the MoPac caboose (13098) on a daily basis and the SP caboose is sitting in a small freight yard (Wilburton, OK) a couple of hours away.
Steve was the SP version amongst those that got shipped? I ordered one of the SP and sure would like to find that in my mailbox this week:happy:
Yes the SP version was one of the one's shipped out, I have already sold 3/4 of my whole order and the SP was the first one to sell out.
I got my SP #1 in the mail today and I have to say......this is a fantastic model!! The detailing is far better then I thought it would be. The railing work and grab irons are beautifully done. Tool boxes, brake rigging.....excellent! If you have not got one of these and have thought about getting one...go for it! You will not be disappointed. Way to go Bluford Shops! My only regret is that SP only had the one....you Family Lines guys are so lucky! LOL
I'll echo Jerry's words. I ordered both of the MoPac numbers and recently, still waiting for them arrive, but I picked up a Family Lines version recently and they are very nice! Thanks Bluford!
Have two on order, but also picked up another two in an LHS while traveling. Good stuff and great rollers. I was interested to note that the IHB versions were the fastest selling in a Houston, TX LHS.
