OK, so we don't have any products ready to release at this point, but since there are things in the works, this is an official announcement.

To be honest, I was taken by storm when I started receiving numerous orders and Emails for Z scale products. That said, Z scale is an uncharted frontier for BLMA and I would appreciate any and all word of mouth publicity.

You can visit our site for the first three releases in Z Scale. Until next time, keep tabs on the site for updates!

Also, a special thank you to everyone here who brought Z scale to my attention! [IMG]

Thank you Craig! I'm really looking forward to these new products!

Diesel Details (a generic set of details)

What kind of details? A snow plow for the GP-35's? [IMG]

This is Great News Craig! [IMG] The more stuff available, the more people will get into Z Scale.

Now that we have an inexpensive diesel to work with, and you know that it will be released in an undec for December, there is need for all kinds of details.

One thing that would do real well is a pilot coupler conversion. Since the front handrail extends down on the sides, a replacement with a fold down tab to create a coupler pocket with screw hole. It could even have the ditch light stands all on the same piece! Add the appropriate pilot, and a major improvement is done.

I can think of hundreds ot things that can be done to the GP-35.

    Craig:

The N scal detail parts are small for the most part. These Z scale detail parts must be so delicate since they are so small....

It must be a challenge to use them on loco's and cars.

I just finish replacing the GP35 fans with BLMA fans, and they look great. Next, test the BLMA winshield wipers. They look small enought, but might require some cutting down.

Hi Harold, Z scale guys have nimbler hands?
You choose the scale, and you have to live with its strenghts and weakness.

Need your help again. I want to make a GP39 using a GP35. So far, I know I have to change it to a two fan configuration with a different fan cover. I spend a lot hours searching the net but its hard for a novice to spot all the difference. If you have pictures of the difference, it would really help. By the way, I really enjoy all your picture posting in the CSX and Norfolk Southern sention of the board.

    Thanks

    John
