    check this out! the once small and unheard of Makinbaconline RR. has just announced a hostile takeover of the max plant owned AOW and the BNSF which is the AOW's parent company. plans are in the works to split these two companies up between the Makinbaconline and the ed pinkley owned Bundy RR. the new names for these rr have already been announced as they will retain their AOW and BNSF names but the wording is to be different, for the AOW the will now stand for ANTIQUE, OLD & WORN-OUT and the BNSF wil be known as the BUNDY NOW SHIPS FREIGHT RR. also mr. plant has been removed from any company management office and sent to the roundhouse as a laborer who is now happy cleaning the chemical and vacuum toilet facilities on the locos. he also gets to removed the bags from those ns engines with no toilet system yet. the Makinbaconline felt this was an appropriate position for him and feel they now have the right man for the job. *******the management at the Makinbaconline rr would like to express that they are not responsible for false and misleading statements made about their company and it's affiliates. thank you.**********

    Funny, there isn't any common stock availible for your supposed buy-out, I am the Ultimate Rail Barron! I OWN ALL SHARES OF AOW/BNSF STOCKS! YOU LOSE! [​IMG] Why don't you head back to the hog farm, I think your piggies are gettin lonely. [​IMG] Now, you want to talk about trackage rights, we might be able to work something out. But all locomotives that run on AOW/BNSF tracks must have toilets! [​IMG] By the way, any locomotives that have the following letters on them anywhere belong to the AOW/BNSF. These letters include: B. N. S. and F. This would include all Norfolk Southern units and according to Mr. Pinkley, they will be repainted in PIG PINK with flames! This will match the infamouse BIG PINK THING (a grain train)operated by "Mr. Huang Enterprises" [​IMG]

    THIS JUST IN***********
    a letter from the new and improved Bundy Now Ships Freight RR.
    due to recent conflicts between the makinbaconline and the AOW RR,over the news of a take over being leaked out to the public will be handled by a crack team of government mediators and investigators.the take over will be negotiated accordingly.all three railroads will be meeting in a undisclosed location.
    B.N.S.F. would like to state that all freight will be at its destination on time and the take over negotiations will not effect traffic movement in anyway.And the purchase of the 8 new dash 9 locomotives should be delivered in the first quarter of the new year for the expected new surge of buisness(and they all have the automatic tiolets installed).and the newly remodled fleet of b23-7's will be here hopefully around the same time as the dash 9's, due to their new toilet modifications.

    somehow i knew this would happen. you know people cant be happy with what you give them so they must have things taken away. mr. plant has now been removed by police and makinbaconline property protection off of the property and transported to a local detention center. he no longer is employed by the Makinbaconline or any of its affiliates as of today. good news we now a job vacancy in the mechanical dept. in the loco maintenance area. any parties interested please apply in person. speaking of the shares of stock you do not own all 3 shares anymore as they were bought by the Makinbaconline at almost half price. i paid 6 cents for the whole rr. al motive power has now been assigned to the auction block and been replaced by newer more modern sd90macs. do not believe anything stated from mr. plant as his family is going to lock him up for a mental health and welfare test. as far as pig pink engines with flames all i have to say about that is don't tempt me you know what happens then! i would like to thank all of the Makinbaconline's customers and future customers for their support and endless dedication to quality and safety. and as of december 1 the Makinbaconline RR. is now ISO 9010 certified. through our reorganization and progress we will be making several positive moves with labor forces and management teams. as a side note all management from the former AOW have been removed and are no longer with the company. we think that this will prove to be a plus in the big picture of the Makinbaconline's corporate scheme of running all other RR's out of business, as you can plainly see we have already started with the AOW which is now going to be known as the A&W RR, just because i say so. our next corporate feat will be taking on the Cache Valley and Northern and the Onion Pacific. thank you

    As a shareholder of Series B Preferred Super Voting class of stock, in the BNSF and its subsidiary AOW, I demand a recount in the shareholder vote. I do not like the outcome of the previous vote and therefore feel that the Just thing to do is recount the votes and use as much subjectivity in determenining the true intent of each shareholder vote.

    * And if that does not change the outcome of the shareholder vote, I will sue that the Company for a forced manual recount, where only those people that voted against the acquisition can count votes.

    * And if that still does not change the outcome, I will contest the acquisition by going to the FTC (or whatever transportation authority that will listen to me) and claim that the acquisition will grant the Makinbaconline RR to much monopoly power.

    * And if that doesn't change the outcome of the acquisition, I will convince my fellow journalist buddies to give me airtime so that I may rant and rave over the travesty against democracy and capitalism that this merger has created.

    * And if that doesn't change the outcome of the acquisition, I will convince my journalist buddies to once again give me airtime so that I will potentially concede the acquisition of BNSF and AOW to the Makinbakonline RR, but only because I believe it would be in the best interest of the people.

    the bnsf has plenty enough lawyers to keep this thing going at least 4 to 5 weeks after the official decision is made.we want to make sure that every vote by the share holders and the stb is counted recounted and recounted again.we will get our way eventually.
    although the oaw was not for sale the property it runs on through gridley texas has become very valuable.the bnsf looks to put a joining curve to the makinbaconline railroad and the looks to also connect with the aow due to its engine service facility.if things are not worked out the bnsf will have no other choice than to buy its own property near gridley and make a huge engine facility to house the 120 locomotives a day that run on its main lines.
    but seeing that the makinbaconline and the bnsf both service one of the biggest grain elevators i down state montana near butte(uhhh huh huh huh huh).the railroads might be force by the stb to have a merger with each other.that is if traffic is not effected.and also pending the release of max plant from the hospital with a clean bill of health.

    Here's the real poop.

    According to the FTC, the BNSF and it's subsidaries, are way too large to merge with anyone. If it was the Onion Pacific trying to do this, the federals wouldn't care. It is very possible the MBL, BNSF and AOW lines will have operating and trackage rights agreements with connections at Gridley and other near-junction points. A large meeting, that will continue through the night, will be held in mid-January 2001, at a location yet to be decided on near Bloomington-Normal, IL. Many other Railways will be in attendance, but the meeting will be by invitation only and it will not be open to the general public.     dont forget mr plant you must wear your name tag or else you dont get in. and in it's ever growing monopolization of the Makinbaconline RR. the company and it's insider trading and ability to corner and give other rr. bosses concrete shoes near big lakes, the Makinbaconline RR. is pleased to announce it is appointing a new president and ceo. as of yet the name is being withheld until the proper authorities have been notified but this person will be based in the major rail capitol of Boody, Il. appparently the old president was incahoots with the once powerful and wealthy max plant and was scheming to bring him back into power but he's now a little wet behind the ears and kinda got a heavy foot.more on this development as news comes available. the Makinbaconline RR. is now in the process of repainting and lettering it's older A&W fleet into a new brighter and more intimidating scheme to scare other rr's into giving into the MBL's greed and corporate politics.

    THIS JUST IN*******
    the B.N.S.F. ,AOW,and MBL may have some sort of an agreement made.the railroad merger is still being looked at by the STB but things might be shifting in the direction of a trackage rights only merge.due to the yard facility that is under construction the three railroads will all have access to the yards for interchange and switching inbound and outbound trains.once the yards are completed and joint usage is being done the STB will then make their final judgement.
    Rumors are that the railroads might get along good enough to work this out but tensions are still very high.The MBL is almost complete with the rebuilds and repainting on five locomotives for the BNSF and that seems to keep the two railroads at bay for now.but due to the onset of new traffic for the two railroads(grain train season is upon them)the fight for the grain buisness might coem between them.
    The AOW on the other hand is still awaiting the ok from the mental health board on the ceo Maxwell Plant.It seems that he is doing ok,but right now all the conversations he has with the doctors and officials end up talking about his friend Richard.Nobody has ever seen his friend Richard and questions are mounting if he really exsists.But tleast he is no longer going around mumbling "gobbles" like he was at thanksgiving time.
    This is all for right now,we will let everyone know any further details about this when they become available to us.

    I used to think that M&CRS (Maumee & Cuyahoga Rail System) had a strange history and operations. Now I know differnetly any Chessie System's merger with Conrail is now complete. The parent company is now called CCMRL (Chessie Conrail Maumee Rail Logistics) All ex CR equipment will not be repainted and the two rail systems will operate a seperate entrys. As of completion of the merger CCMRL became employee owned and is no longer subject to mergers/hostle takeovers.

    well after a month of back and forth mudslinging i won, no i won argueing and campaigning by the shareholders we have announced the new president and ceo of the Makinbaconline RR. before we get to the name we will first go and explain the reasons and why of our choices. first, our new ceo's father was once ceo of this company although he was worhtless. second, the other was not a good liar therefore he would not be able to help in the overtaking and cheating the other rail co. in the country. third, our new president is very addimate in running out the unions and therefore will make labor crumble to our demands. fourth, after the supreme court ruled that the shareholders votes don't actually matter, we decided to do what we wanted. and lastly our other choice just decided to give up and withdraw from the running altogether. now for the names of our new management at the Makinbaconline RR.

    U.P. Chuck- vice president of A&W operations [​IMG]

    now time for all the other junk! we are saddened to hear of the unfortunate demise of the once powerful max plant. it seems that since the Makinbaconline's takeover that he has been declared criminally insane and has now been incarcerated for life. again we are sad to hear this news. [​IMG] we at the Makinbaconline are now committed to building our company into the only RR. in the USA with any money and soon going to be putting in corporate plants into other rail co. to help in our scheme. we would like to announce that with the president and ceo Lessman that he is working hard on taking the bonuses away from labor and splitting them between all of us in management. it appears that soon we will be hiring many people for our labor forces, of course these are excellent positions and have low pay and soon to be non-union. speaking of openings we are still searching for a laborer in the diesel terminal to take mr. plant's former position. thank you and have a holiday from mr. Makinbacon.
