One of the things you'll see though is that the vandals don't want to have their 'art' fixed by the car owners. One sure way for the car to hit the paint shop for at least a new patch or a complete repaint is to obliterate the reporting marks and the car number. It always amazes me how the 'artists' know to leave that particular spot alone. Missing the car number or reporting marks will get it bad ordered even when a lot of other stuff won't. I model the 70's so I'm limited to dirt and chalk and a few patch jobs on PC-predecessors.
