Had sent in HO Ten Wheeler for damage I caused..Yesterday, about 2-3 weeks later got message to phone them. Pat there informs me they can't repair OR replace it as it is out of production (I guess mine is an older issue)..And, also no more parts for it...I wasn't angry as it is just a reality ,not say a scam or manipulation of some kind..Anyhoo, she gave me quite a number of choices..So I wound up accepting a C&O 2-8-0 (of course w/sound ) ..Will get in about 6-7 days. I'm good with that as,also,both have the same poor headlight intensity. So I'm prepaired..Odd also though that their Mogul I own has possibly the brightest headlight in history of hobby ! And it's not even a spectrum! Go figure...
