I wanted one of these little locos, but didn't care for the paint schemes. I had a chance to pick up a used one at a great price, so decided to paint it up. Results are good. Before (cream and orange) and after (black and orange)

I would like to have one too, but my wife would kill me if I got another scale

Very nice. Did you strip it or just mask and paint?

    Whose switch stands are those?

I'm liking the switch stands too - oh, and the loco! Got some painting to do myself soon(ish). More info on both would be great to see.

I just masked and painted the loco, no need to strip.

The switchstands are Caboose Ind 204S HO scale. Plenty of photos of them on my Flickr account - link on my signature
