bachmann dcc ready

    does the bachmann shay 81903 come complete with encoder and if so have I damaged it running on an analog track

    Hi Kiwi and welcome aboard! [​IMG] I am assuming that this is their HO scale model, as I did a search on Bachmann's site by the # you listed.... According to their site, the unit is NOT decoder equipped, just DCC ready.
