Thanks to Benny my second set of superliners arrived in the mail yesterday. The train looks so much better now it has 8 superliners behind it . Once again a sincere thanks to Benny for buying the set for me then going to the trouble of sending it out. This is one of the advantages of having such great friends here on Trainboard. I think Benny still has an A set of phase iv superliners if anybody is interested. Here is a pic of the AMTRAK special that ran today.
The other set is on Ebay right noiw...but if anybody needs on, tell me and I will see what the LHS has left...Christmas will probably decimate the remainer...they look so nice!
Uh Benny,just exactly what did you list them as being? I tried KATO,I tried AMTRAK ,and I tried superliners.NOTHING! Where'd ya hide them Benny huh huh?
I got myself a Ph III set when these came out and I planned on getting a Ph IV set and mix them up. Before I knew it, all the Ph IV were gone locally and I have been watching Ebay for a set. I saw a set go for over $117. Well I just got my self a set on ebay. Somebody put up a set with a buy it now of $64, came to $69 and change w/shipping. You can get anything on Ebay at your price, just have to be patient. Bob
