If you dont have patience in Z scale, then you are in big trouble. It does get bothersome though. Look at Tim. His whole module is based on the MTL turnouts, but its better that they get it right the first time. Loren, welcome to Trainboard. I hope you can give us a clinic on how to build trees. This forun is excellent for show and tell. Kurt, Joe just posted a picture of the SOO GP35 in Yahoo.http://ph.groups.yahoo.com/group/z_scale/photos/view/c9de?b=1&o=2
Just to make it clear... However much I hang around the Z scale forum, I am not a Z scaler. I'm an interested outsider.
Well my N lay dormant for about 15 years but it all ended up on Ebay... Z Eventuall-zee, I mean, eventually!
Hey Kurt-I just looked at: http://sooline.dieselrosters.com/ And did not see one with a Dynamic Brake either.
No. As someone asked Joe D. in the Z scale Yahoo Groups forum, Joe replied there is no plan to release non-DB shells for the GP35. So, according to him, it's the only way to have Soo Geeps. Dynamic Brake, or no Soo GP35. Dominique
It seems that everybody is hung up over the GP35, but the release I am salivating over is the ribside boxcar. Finally we are ready to run boxcars without paying a premium on e-prey. Better placed your order of boxcars now. You know what happens to MTL new releases.
I agree! You saw what happened to the first release of the new 2 bay PS2! SOLD OUT! The first and second Gunderson Husky very quickly SOLD OUT! Almost every first release gets SOLD OUT! I say heed Mr Mui's suggestion and place your orders NOW! I already have one of each on hold along with two more PS2's! Here's to MTL! You Go GuyZ! :lightning: Hobo Tim
I have 4 MRL units on reserve through Loren. I also want to paint some up in green and white MDW pine trees.
