I like the one below the diamond. The diamond and the black circles remind me of other railroad logos. I would like soemthing different to help alleviate confusion. Also the steamer could go away or have two one for steamand one for diesel. [ 22. January 2003, 23:36: Message edited by: leghome ]
Yes, I have to admit that the one below the diamond is very nice!!( I even like it better than my own) My only concern is how it would look in N-scale. For clarity it would probably need to be made a white decal. Russ
Ok heres the plan,Pick one ya like and run with it.Make some decals up.Maybe get a group together that like one specific graphic and get some decals made (cheaper that way ) Anyway do the decals paint the car (how about boxcar red or a dark blue?),decal the cars (take pics ). Post the pics here and the Gauge.
How's this for a logo? Since we're using logo shapes from fallen flags, perhaps a coonskin would work
I got two 50-foot plugdoor boxcars painted dark blue with silver roofs, awaiting decals. I'd be happy to chip in with someone for the cost of NARA decals. Just contact me (whoever is gonna have 'em made) and let me know how much.
