So I've got these switches that came in a box with some n scale track and I can't figure out what they are or what you would even call them. I looked all over and don't see anything like them. They are marked Atlas and made in either Italy or Austria, any help would be great, thanks Damon.

Wow, those really take me back!

Those used to come with Atlas' powered turnouts (30 to 40 years ago). The male brass terminals sticking out the side would be connected to the AC terminals of a power pack. In turn, each turnout came with three colored wires (black, red, green) and three push-on plugs that plugged into the three brass female terminals on the front side. Moving the lever up or down past the spring "detent" at the top or bottom of the lever's travel would energize a solenoid coil on the turnout and throw the turnout to its position. The outgoing wires to the turnout could be arranged so that "lever up" meant a particular direction, for instance "diverging" or "reverse" while lever down meant "normal" route.

Yeah. They sure do. Dunno if there'd be any demand for them, as such, but someone probably still uses a few of these.

Wow, 30 or 40 years ago? No wonder I had a hard time pulling up information on them. Well thanks so much for the help on identifying these because I was stumped. Thanks Damon
