Ok I purchased a tsunami sound decoder for the HO RSD 4/5. Anyone ever do this install before? Do I need to kill the weights on one end or just remove the weight on one side?
I would guess that you are looking for a place to install a speaker? I think that you can remove some of the weight over the rear truck and mount this speaker. http://www.litchfieldstation.com/xcart/product.php?productid=999007981&cat=436&page=1 This is a very small speaker with a very loud output. You will be happy with the sound. Looks like you might need to find a place to mount the capacitor too. Yeah I will need to remove one of the weights. I have 5 of these to do. One will be easier for I am changing the shell to make an RSD 12
