has anyone had expierence with installing a decdoder in a atlas gp7 1995 loco? that loco has been in the shop for 4 weeks now, its realy ticking me off. they said 1 week instilation, but it now is on week 4. it fried atleast 4 decoders. has anyone had a expierence like mine before? has any one installed a decoder in this loco before?
Send your Loco frame to Aztec Manufacturing. ($10/frame)They'll send you a milled frame with space for the decoder and the wiring in exchange. Stay cool and run steam.....
it is already milled when i sent it to the shop. i had one installed, but when i put the frame on, the decoder fried. so i sent it in to the local hobby shop
