I have been repainting some Atlas Evans Boxcars recently, putting them into some of the more modern "plane jane" schemes. Here is a protype photo of an M&ET box to start with. Here's the model. There are no decals avaiable for these two schemes.(Hint Hint Atlas) I used Microscale's boxcar data, and lettering sets, with some decals robbed from a couple other boxcar sets. Here is the SFLC (Santa Fe Leasing Co.) car. Most of the SFLC cars are just restencils, but some wear this clean paint scheme. Brian

So far I have painted 3 M&ET cars, 2 SFLC ones, and 2 LNAC. I will probablly do an HS and several more of the M&ET ones as well as a few SFLC re-stencils. These and Red Caboose "Beer Cars" will make up the bulk of my Modesto CA. to Streater IL. "wine" train. On those pictures not showing up, keep checking back, sometimes the web hosting service gets flakey. Bring on the Trainboard picture hosting... Brian
