Just got mine. They are incredible jewels. But Atlas changed their packaging. They come with the very tight fitting hard rubber, like Concor used to use, that made it very difficult to remove or replace the loco, instead of the vacuform cradle they have been using. The worst part is that after installing the cab shades, the loco does not fit in the box. I found this out the hard way (they now don't have shades). The previous Dash 8-40's came with the cab shades installed, and the vacuformed cradle allowed for them. So watch out.
