Will the new B40-8W have working ditch lights? Looking at the new pictuers and features of the Atlas B40-8W. Looks to me from the picture like the ditch lights are non operating and I would think that if they were, there would have been some mention of it in the "features" listed of the model. Now, I'm not picking and Atlas vs' Kato fight, and yes we all know Atlas paints the hand rails white (wow  ) and Kato doesn't, I'm just wondering why Atlas won't have working ditch lights on this model. Or I could be wrong?........

If the ditch lights had those fiber optic like plastic rods going to them, they would be dark, not silvery as in the photo.

    Hi Craig,

I'm wondering if the picture is a pre-production model. If so, maybe they'll have the working ditch lights on the production models?

Maybe the person that did the airbrushing to the pic to "enhance" the image "painted" them that way. [IMG]

Here's the answer, Craig. Right from the source.

    From the Atlas forums....

Time to break-out the fiber optic strands! :D . It's really not that hard to do, especially with a wide-cab model (which allows for extra room around the frame).
