whats is up with the accumates? i just bought 12 pairs in the blister packs at $35 bucks a pop. if i figure right this is not any cheaper than getting microtrains 10 packs. according to atlas and paul graf these were to be considerably cheaper. when you can get mt's for 27-29 bucks a ten pack something is wrong here. they do work nice but would still rather have the mt wheelsets anyday. atlas sure told a story this time.

A ten pack of MTs list at $39.95.Somehow a twelve pack of the ATLAS for $35.00 seems cheaper to me.:confused The ATLAS trucks with Accumates list at $3.75 a pair. The MTs are about $4.55 at least they are here.If that isn't a better price someone's math is bad.

Were did you get them Pac-Man? I remember Atlas saying they would be less than MTs also, but they never said by how much. Maybe we should go to the Atlas site and ask there, although I'd bet Paul would give one of his patened "not an answer-answers". [IMG]

springfield hammers hobbies. and the 35 i paid was not list thats was discount at 20%. mt's list for 39 but the dealers only pay 23 for them. we get them here for 27-29 bucks which is considerably cheaper than the atlas. the atlas list for 3.10 a pair. also they don't include the bolsters you provide those. what a rip off. i am very disappointed in the price but they do work nicely though i can't complain there.

Not sure where you guys are buying your 10-packs of MT trucks w/couplers, but I never pay over $28--$30 for them. My local hobby shop sells 10 packs for $30.00. I can get them from BLW and TexNRails for about $28.00 a pack. I have used a few of the Accumates, they seem ok. I still am going to use the MICRO-TRAINS, because they roll so good, and when you have MT couplers adjusted to the right height, they work excellent.
