Yes they are. The Rail Power 28' Trailers are now sold by Athearn as decorated ready to "roll" models.

Are these N or HO?

 

Those are HO. You can tell by looking at the mirrors. The HO are plastic and the N scale are etched.

Athearn is releasing firetrucks based on the C cab "BUT!!" not in N scale.

 

Sorry - didn't notice this was in the N Scale Forum. As Rosan Rosana Danna used to say "Oh, that's different, nevermind"

 

I have a few of the NYC cab overs. They are nice but I question the 7.99 retail vs mfg's like Classic model works were you get two metal vehicles for about the same price. Still since they have Central I bought 3 of them and they do look nice with the metal mirrors, very nice detail.
