Just picked up an Athearn Milw FP45 and there is a small parts bag included. There are 2 parts-small square “metal” screen and a plastic square frame that the screen fits into. Looks like it should mount over one of the rooftop fans. There are also 2 alignment tabs on the frame, but no corresponding holes on the rooftop. No directions in the case. Any help with install would be appreciated.

Winterization hatch, keeps the inside of the loco warm in extreme cold areas in winter time. It was added to the Milw FP45's when they were put in freight duty, after taken out of passenger service.
