Are there any true collectors on the site?

I don't have a layout, so everything is in the closet by default. I guess the closest I've come is buying any EJ&E car that comes out. But obviously that isn't a full time job. And I've probably still missed a couple. I could never collect so much stuff if my house was falling apart. I'm way too practical for that. I can't enjoy anything when I know there's way more important stuff to do. I've had some 1/6 military figures sitting in a box unmade for months, because every day there's some stupid thing that needs to be done. I could just work on the hobbies, but I know the other stuff would nag me the whole time and ruin it. Being an adult sucks. lol

I haven't been going to the stores much for years, but I recall there use to be people I'd see in there that would not be the typical modeling type, and they'd be interested in collecting the MT cars. Oftentimes it was women. Some of them pretty young. I always thought that was kind of weird. They didn't seem to have any other particular interest in train stuff. But I haven't seen people like that for a while. Seems like the MT collecting thing has died a lot.
