Does anyone have an Alps printer? I need some text printed in yellow on clear decal film. This is a very small job, I just need to print "Edmier" in a few sizes for some cement mixer projects. Thanks, Dan
You don't need ALPS to print yellow. Fine decals can be done with a laser printer/copies. But if you insist contact me. What is the file format of the art?
Of course you need an alps to print yellow. Yellow from a laser or inkjet is translucent, needing the white paper it is printed on to give it solid. Using and Inkjet or Laser to print yellow alone and apply it to a dark colored body will cause the decal to disapear. The alps prints a wax transfer which is much less transparent by itself and can be backed with white to make it complete opaque if needed. Daniel, if you still need something, let me know.
