Anyone know a good Z Gauge repairman?

Hi folks - I recently had a issue with a Marklin Tank 5 pole Loco. Was wondering if anyone can suggest a good repair person on the East coast. I normally use Glenn Stiska - but I cannot find any contact info on him as of recent. Thanks for your time. Ken
