...they are willing to part with reasonably? I have a couple dozen older Atlas cars on the layout with Rapidos and want to swap out the trucks with those with knuckle couplers. Thought maybe some fellow Trainboarders might have a few lying around after MT conversions. I know, there are some people that really cuss at the Accumates but I seem to get along with them pretty well. We generally only run 20-25 car trains and there's only one short 2% grade with all the other grades less than that so the (in)famous exploding/ uncoupling issues are rare around here. The cars I have bought in the last couple of years that have acumates on them are doing fine. When they first came out I had lots of probelms with them but they seemed to have worked them out now. Kevin
